Using this Site, submitting the contact form, or requesting an appointment does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins only after you have completed our intake process and been examined by one of our chiropractors, and both of you have agreed to proceed with care.

This Site and our contact form are not monitored around the clock. If you or your child are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use the Site to communicate urgent health concerns.

Chiropractic care is individualized. Descriptions of care, patient experiences, and any testimonials on this Site reflect individual circumstances and are not a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome. Your results depend on your own health history, examination findings, and response to care.

Online appointment requests are handled through a third-party scheduling portal operated by ChiroTouch. Your use of that portal is also subject to ChiroTouch's own terms and privacy practices. A request is not confirmed until our office confirms it with you.

Fees, care plans, insurance, payment, and cancellation policies are provided by our office directly and in your new patient paperwork. Information about pricing on this Site is general and may change. Please confirm current fees and coverage with our office before your visit.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false information or impersonate another person
• Submit another person's information without their permission, other than a parent or guardian acting for a minor in their care
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content or information from the Site
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through the contact form

All content on the Site, including text, articles, photographs, graphics, logos, the "Align, Grow, Roar" tagline, and the Rex dinosaur mascot, is owned by or licensed to Rex Family Chiropractic and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content or marks for any other purpose without our written permission.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Florida law, and nothing in these Terms applies to or limits the professional care you receive as a patient, which is governed by applicable law and our agreements with you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rex Family Chiropractic and its owners, chiropractors, staff, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Martin County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect.
