When you purchase a care plan, your funds are safely held as a credit balance on your account and drawn down visit by visit. There are no high-pressure sales pitches or locking contracts. If your life circumstances change or you need to pause your care, you can cancel at any time. Any unused visits will be promptly refunded to you — giving you complete flexibility and total peace of mind.
While we do not bill insurance directly, many of our patients successfully receive reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
Upon request, we are happy to provide you with an itemized, coded receipt called a Superbill. You can submit this document directly to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement or to apply toward your out-of-network deductible.
